Service and contact
Chabuq is an online ordering service based in Kabul, Afghanistan. For support, privacy questions or requests about your data, contact support@chabuq.com.
Information and use
We process the account and contact details you provide, delivery addresses and selected locations, orders and payment status, and messages or attachments you send through available functions. Technical connection information supports operation and security. These details are used to manage accounts, check availability, process orders and delivery, provide updates and support, and prevent misuse.
Location, notifications and storage
You can select an address manually or allow device location to help choose it. Notification permissions can be managed in your device or browser settings. Necessary cookies and local storage support sign-in, carts and preferences. Where optional cookie choices are offered, you can refuse optional analytics.
Recipients and technical services
Relevant order information is shared with the participating store or restaurant and delivery personnel involved in your order. Chabuq uses Hostinger, Google Maps and Google Firebase for their respective technical functions. These providers may process information outside Afghanistan.
Account and data deletion
Use the available account-deletion option in your profile, or email support@chabuq.com and identify your account using its linked email address or phone number. Support may need to verify account ownership. Ongoing orders can prevent account removal. Removing an account does not necessarily remove every associated order, payment, support or backup record. You can request review or deletion of associated personal data by email. Some records may need to be kept to resolve complaints, prevent misuse or meet applicable obligations; contact support for details about your request. Removing the app does not remove your account. Your enquiries and security
Contact support to request access to or correction of your information. Do not email passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary identity documents. Connections to the public service use HTTPS; no system can guarantee absolute security. This page may be updated when the service or its data handling changes.
