Request a change

Check the options in your order details or contact support@chabuq.com with the order number if you need to change or cancel an order. Whether this is possible depends on the order status, preparation and dispatch.

Check confirmation

A request, email or closing the app does not cancel an order by itself. Check the updated order status or obtain confirmation from support. Any payment adjustment is reviewed separately for the order concerned.
